The price of the Cross Roads UMC Cookbooks has been reduced to $7.00 each or 2 for $10.00!  You may purchase them at the office from 8:00am-2:00pm Monday through Friday, or see Kathy Kellams or Carole Miller.  These would make great Christmas, birthday or wedding gifts for your family or friends.  We also have 2 sizes of RADA knives for sale.

Paper Retriever Recycling

Please bring your paper to our green and yellow bin!  Cross Roads needs all of your recyclable paper for our ongoing paper drive!  Our paper recycling program includes clean and dry newspaper, magazines, catalogs, office paper, school papers, and mail (envelopes with or without windows and all “junk” mail).  It does not include cardboard, phone books, plastics, glass, metals and trash. Please take any bags you may use back home with you after you empty your paper into the bin.  The exception is for long, “spaghetti” shred which should be bagged in plastic bags and tied shut.  We cannot accept cross-cut shred. 

This is a free service to our church and the community.  (Plus, we earn money for the paper we collect.) 
please help us have a successful program as we work together to save landfill space and become even better stewards of the earth and its resources.

  Gift Cards

 We have Kohl’s Gift cards ($50 & $25) and Marsh Gift Cards ($50) for sale in the office.  The church makes 5% on them.  The cards from Marsh and Kohl’s are one time use and then they are done.  You may use the Kohl’s cards to pay on your charge card at the store.  We also have Payless Gift Cards ($25) for sale.  When you purchase the one the Payless cards it is rechargeable at the customer service center.  You may use this card for food or gas.  Payless keeps track of all of the cards that have been purchased from Cross Roads and when the total reaches $5,000 they send the church a check.  This is a good way to help the church as we all have to purchase food and clothing.
